January 17, 2008
Approximately 12 weeks before the festival, Registration forms are
distributed to the advisors of each parish. A packet is also given to the
Advisors
for duplication for each of his/hers GOYA members. The packet will include
rules,
requirements, categories of participation and list of deadlines. Each parish
is also requested to submit the names of the two GOYA advisors who are
designated as official parish contacts.

The registration forms and fees for all participants are submitted.
Registration of “sound” events is Submitted at this time.

March 3rd, 2008
Deadline for submission of literary entries. All entries to be postmarked
and mailed by this date.

March 20th,2008 All
“sights” entries – properly catalogued – are delivered to the host parish. A
schedule of “sound” events will be distributed.

April 3rd, 2008
Judging of the “sights” categories will take place.
A reception for Judges, Clergy and Youth Commission members will be held.

April 4th, 2008
Final opportunity to withdraw “sound” events
